Silverheels Property Management has a successful history of Condominium /Homeowner’s Associations in the Mid-Ohio Valley. Managing our services include, but are not limited to:
- Fiscal: Collecting monthly dues and pursuing all delinquencies; bill paying services and generating financial reports; preparing an annual budget; providing documents and records as required for audits and as needed to the Board.
- Maintenance: Provide emergency phone and callout service; oversee the hiring and service of vendors; ensuring that routine maintenance problems are corrected; obtaining competitive bids for large maintenance and capital improvement projects.
- Relations: Coordinating and attending Board/Member Meetings; and administering and enforcing the association’s rules and regulations.
- Technology: The association has the opportunity to join our website portal system that will provide accessible electronic document storage and accounting features. Additionally, we have the ability to provide all of your Owners the ability to create accounts and schedule and pay their fees electronically with a full account history. There is the ability to post secure notices to all residents and more.
